This dining setting pairs a circular clear glass table with a sculptural opaque blue frosted glass pedestal base and four 1980s Italian Arrben dining chairs in blue leather and chrome. The intersecting curved glass pedestal gives the table a strong architectural presence, while the smoked edge glass top keeps the form visually open and light within the room. Arrben’s chairs balance that geometry with slim chromed steel frames, cantilevered lines and upholstered blue leather seats and backs, carrying the precise late modern language that defined much of Italian dining design in the period. This is the kind of setting that works best where the dining zone is expected to read as part of the architecture of the interior rather than a separate furniture arrangement, particularly in apartments, gallery like spaces or cleaner open plan homes.
