Velocity held in metal, a sculpted moment caught mid stride.
Born in South Africa in 1950, Llewellyn Davies became known for dynamic wildlife bronzes that combine anatomical precision with expressive movement. This limited edition work is signed and numbered 29/150, cast with the tensile poise and muscular definition that define his studio output. Balanced on a single point, the cheetah carries its own motion, its patina deepened by time and handling. It brings an energy that feels alive, even at rest.
