Created by THESIS, an interior design studio based in Cyprus, this searchlight style lamp carries the influence of maritime equipment reinterpreted for contemporary interiors. Formed in blackened cast metal with propeller like tilt arms, a circular base and a deep set housing, it recalls the functional language of shipboard lighting adapted for editorial, studio and residential environments. The frosted glass diffuser softens the throw, producing a warm ambient glow that works across desks, consoles and display areas. Rarely seen in Australia, it retains the substance and intent of its international provenance.
