A vintage sculptural side table in the style of Danny Lane, with a circular clear glass top above a twisting pedestal of stacked glass plates. Each successive layer is rotated to create a continuous helix, its projecting edges tracing a sharply articulated spiral between the round tabletop and glass base. The natural green tone concentrated along the glass edges gives the transparent structure depth and definition.

The contrast between the calm circular planes and the tightly turning column gives the table its sculptural presence. Silver toned metal fittings punctuate the glass construction, while the open transparency keeps the pedestal visible from above and through the top. Compact enough to sit beside a lounge or armchair, it reads as an object in its own right.
