Morgan Furniture’s 1980s seating carried the heavy comfort and low architectural stance that defined the decade, where proportion mattered more than ornament. This oversized armchair is upholstered in full leather with deep seat cushioning, broad pillow arms and solid block base supports that give it a distinctly grounded presence. The soft wear and patina across the leather suit the form well, leaning into the relaxed postmodern sensibility rather than fighting it.
