Designed by Studio Tecnico Vaghi and produced in Italy in 1975, the Kiruna chair reflects the shift in European office seating toward comfort-led engineering and softer visual mass. A fully upholstered leather shell is paired with cast aluminium swivel bases, with integrated arm supports that sit as a continuous extension of the frame rather than applied elements. The deep cushioned seat and backrest balance structure with give, positioning the chair between executive function and lounge sensibility. They carry a grounded presence in a room, built for long use with the weight and finish to match.
