Produced in Italy in the late 1970s, this post-modern coffee table reflects a period when stone returned to interiors as both structure and statement. Cut from Himalayan multicolour granite, the surface carries natural veining with green and rose tonal shifts that move across the slab, while the architectural base and integrated shelf anchor the piece with sculptural restraint. The softened geometry and substantial mass speak to Italian experimentation of the era, where material honesty and visual authority were central.
