Warm brass surfaces and disciplined proportion give this set an immediate sense of order and visual authority.
Produced in the continental modern period, these tables reflect a moment when decorative metal re entered refined interiors with restraint and intent. The slim brass frames are detailed with turned collars and subtle capitals, anchored by a cross stretcher and central rosette that nods to Regency influence without excess. Workshop made rather than factory output, the brass has matured into a soft aged tone with natural variation that designers favour when introducing metal into layered rooms. With their new clear glass tops, the frames read as architectural objects in their own right, confident enough to stand without explanation.
