A mid century Parker armchair presented in excellent condition, with its open timber frame reupholstered in a floral print jacquard. The floral treatment changes the register of the familiar Parker form, bringing pattern into the frame without concealing its disciplined lines. Tapered legs, angled rear supports and gently swept armrests keep the profile light, while the generous cushions give the chair warmth and presence beyond the usual restrained mid century palette.
