A winding bush track, layered green foliage and distant blue ranges give this Australian landscape an unusual sense of depth for its compact size. The interplay of light and shadow makes it a quietly evocative piece for a considered interior.

Painted on artist's panel by Van Eerde and signed at lower right, the work brings the intimacy of an Australian landscape into a room without dominating the space.
