A sculptural vintage floor lamp formed around a sweeping serpentine stem that rises from a circular pedestal before curving overhead to suspend a domed shade. The exaggerated S bend, slender metal construction and glossy white enamel finish give the lamp a distinct Space Age character, with an elegant silhouette that remains striking even when unlit.

The white enamel extends across the curved upright, dome shade and circular base, allowing the continuous line of the frame to remain the central feature. The shade directs light downwards, while a black power cord and foot switch provide convenient operation. Its combination of sculptural movement and practical illumination makes it a commanding piece beside a lounge, in an entrance or within a contemporary interior.
